关于 Facebook 的这两个反垄断官司：
1、FTC 为 Facebook 量身打造了一个涉嫌垄断的细分市场定义：Personal Social Networking in the United States，然后在这个细分里又进一步为：built on a social graph that maps the connections between users and their friends, family, and other personal connections、features that many users regularly employ to interact with personal connections and share their personal experiences in a shared social space, including in a one-to-many “broadcast” format、features that allow users to find and connect with other users。这样就把 LinkedIn 之类的排除出去了。
2、因为上面的定义，TikTok 不被认为和 Facebook 在一个市场里竞争。不知道 Facebook 是不是赞同这点 🥺
3、有一些 Facebook 内部的邮件作为证据被拿出来，其中有一个扎克伯格的说法被检察长和 FTC 引用：It is better to buy than compete.
4、Facebook 目前给出的说法是：如果我们的收购不合规，你们为什么不在我们要收购的时候否掉？In addition to being revisionist history, this is simply not how the antitrust laws are supposed to work. #科技圈大小事
